Hi, I’m Gina Iyer, the face (and hands!) behind Gotta Bake with Gina. Baking has always been more than just recipes and ovens for me—it’s my way of feeding, entertaining, and connecting with people. Over the years, I’ve taught thousands of students how to bake with confidence through my online and in-person classes. My specialty? Eggless, no-fail recipes that anyone can recreate at home—whether you’re baking for family, friends, or festive hampers.

I like to keep things simple, approachable, and a little fun—after all, baking should feel joyful, not intimidating. Every recipe I share comes with plenty of tips, shortcuts, and alternatives I’ve discovered by making (and fixing!) every mistake in the book.

When I’m not whisking and teaching, you’ll find me entertaining, experimenting with flavors, or dreaming up new bakes for my micro-bakery and workshops.
